As an experienced family law attorney and certified mediator, when you want a Mediated Settlement Conference, I will customarily assist you in moving your clients to settlement. I will review the court file and know the specifics of your case, whether I am mediating the parenting plan, finances, property, or other matters. When your clients want a Traditional Client-Centered Mediation to work through their issues, whether the parenting plan or other concerns, I will work with them to facilitate resolution.
